Semi Chellas is a writer, producer and occasional actor. She was the creator and executive producer of the critically acclaimed TV series, The Eleventh Hour and wrote half of the series. She appeared in Cramps, Joe's So Mean to Josephine, and The Life Before This where she was also associate producer.
