Terri Tatchell

Terry Tatchell graduated in 2001 from the Vancouver Film School's Writing for Film and Television program and began her screenwriting career with the short action film Adicolor Yellow, which was directed by Neill Blomkramp.
Blomkramp and Tatchell collaborated again on District 9, a U.S./New Zealand co-production. They received Oscar® nominations for Best Adapted Screenplay, and the film picked up nominations for Best Editing for Julian Clarke, as well as Best Visual Effects for Dan Kaufman and Robert Habros also from Vancouver.
