Beverly Adams moved to Burbank, California when she was a young girl. Her natural beauty and sparkling personality began to manifest itself as a teenager and she won several beauty contests. Richard Chamberlain was so impressed that he got her a role on his hit series, Doctor Kildare. Later, Dean Martin featured her as his secretary, Lovey Kravsit, in his series of Matt Helms movies. In 1966 she married famous beauty expert, Vidal Sassoon and retired from acting to raise the couple's four children.
