Brent Butt is often referred to as "one of the funniest men in the country". His unique brand of stand-up comedy has taken him from coast to coast many times over, and he has performed in every province in Canada. Being the youngest of 7 children, he learned early to use comedy just to get noticed at home. He says that his entire family is hysterically funny, and he used his formative years as a training ground to cultivate his humour. Brent was the creator, star, and executive producer of the hit comedy series Corner Gas on CTV.
