Hayden Christensen was born in Vancouver but his family moved to Toronto when he was very young. He got into acting accidentally when a talent agent spotted him with his older sister, who was doing commercials at the time. He had his first recurring part on the Canadian soap opera, Family Passions, when he was 12. He will forever be known as the young Anakin Skywalker, in the Star Wars episodes two and three.
