David Cubitt as Detective Lee Scanlon in a publicity shot from the TV series, Medium. Cubitt makes his home in Vancouver where he moved with his family when he was only six months old. He studied acting full time until he was kicked out of theater school. He was in a few films in the early 1990s, but his break came when he landed a role as a rugby player in the film Alive, starring Ethan Hawke.
