Kate Drummond had worked in Ottawa as a full time elementary school teacher for 12 years, but always found time to be highly active in local theatre. From community theatre to professional theatre, she began to build a fan base, particularly after 2005 when she began to take acting more seriously. Drummond has studied and worked in Los Angeles, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal and since 2008 she has worked steadily as an actor.
