David James Elliot as Canadian footballer Terry Evanshen from the made-for-TV movie The Man Who Lost Himself. David James Elliot grew up wanting to be a musician and singer and it wasn't until he read a bit of King Lear in a theatre history class that he got turned on to acting. Accepted into Ryerson's theatre program in 1983 he had a chance to perform at the prestigious Stratford Festival before graduating and picked up The Jean Chalmers Award for Most Promising Actor. He is best known for his role as Lt.Cdr. Harmon Rabb Jr. on the TV series, JAG.
