Best-known as the girlfriend who leaves Adam Sandler at the altar in the hit comedy The Wedding Singer, Angela Featherstone was born in Ontario, raised in Nova Scotia and Manitoba, and when she was 17 moved to Toronto in search of training and an agent. Not finding what she wanted she moved to New York and within three months, had an agent, was enrolled in acting classes and was signed to appear in the Sam Raimi horror flick, Army of Darkness. "My mother kept a book with all our school pictures in it and each year she'd ask us what we wanted to be and write it down. From the time I was seven, I said I wanted to be an actress."
