Kaniehtiio Horn was born and raised in Kahnawake, a Mohawk reserve just outside of Montréal, Québec. Usually called "Tiio." which is pronounced 'dio,' Horn graduated from Dawson College's DOME Theatre Program in 2005. Since completing her studies, Tiio has worked consistently in film, television and voice.
Look for her in the role of Monica in CBC series 18 to Life, as well as in a supporting role in the feature film The Trotsky.
