Vicky Hynes is a singer and actor who began her career performing in theatre productions and as a backup singer on CODCO. She has performed with Symphony Nova Scotia and is one of the four singers in the Voices of Avalon, which is the name used by singers Anita Best, Colleen Power, Pamela Morgan and Vicky Hynes when they perform together. Vicky is also the founder of the annual Feast of Cohen in St. John's that attracts about 1,000 people to four days of the music and poetry of Leonard Cohen. The festival started in 1999.
