Guy Jodoin has been a fixture on Quebec television since 1989. He is best known as Capitaine Charles Patenaude in Dans une galaxie près de chez-vous. He has also worked on stage performing in some 32 productions between 1986 and 2002. His prformance as Octave in Les Fourberies de Scapin at Montréal's Théâtre du Rideau Vert earned him a Masque award for best supporting actor in 2002. He was a recipient of the 2006 Artis award for youth programming, and has twice been nominated for the Gémeaux for best supporting actor in a comedy for his performances on Rumeurs. The role of Gilles in Bernard Émond’s Contre toute espérance, pictured above, is his first dramatic part in a feature film.
