Jean LeClerc once thought he might want to work in medicine but, to the delight of his fans, decided to pursue a career in acting. Known for his work on stage as well as in film and television, he is not only well-known to American audiences for his work on the television soap All My Children, he is also remembered for his performance in the 1977 Broadway revival of Dracula, succeeding Frank Langella in the title role.
