Nadia Litz became interested in movies at the age of 6 and began acting when she was still a child. She moved to Toronto when she was 17 to study at York University. Her career took an upturn after she starred in a Canadian Film Centre short, Shift, which won her a Best Actress Award at the Yorkton Film Festival. She also studied Film Producing at UCLA.
