Beth Morris originated the role of Maggie Muggins on the popular CBC television series when she was twelve years old. For the 1956 season, Beth was replaced by Deanne Taylor who played the part until she outgrew it. Deanne was replaced by 8 year old Mary Long who played Maggie Muggins from 1959 until the series ended in 1962.
