Lisa Ray

Lisa Ray was born to a Polish mother and a Bengali father, and grew up in Toronto. She has worked as a model, TV host, and appeared in music videos before making her big screen debut after being cast by Vikram Bhatt to appear in Kasoor. Lisa was discovered at the age of sixteen by Maureen Wadia of Glad Rags magazine. In September of 2009 Ray revealed that she was undergoing treatment for multiple myeloma.
