Percy Rodriguez broke into film and series television by landing roles in episodic TV. One of his earliest appearances was on an episode of Naked City in 1963. Over the years he also made appearances on shows like The Wild Wild West, and Mission Impossible. Star Trek fans will recognize him as Commodore Stone in the episode: Court Martial. He played the neurosurgeon Dr. Harry Miles on the hit TV series, Peyton Place, which starred fellow Northern Star, Barbara Parkins. Sometimes credited as Percy Rodrigues, he was the ominous voice behind the narration in the theatrical, television and radio commercials used to promote the movie Jaws in 1975. Rodriguez died of kidney problems at age 89.
