Sebastian Spence
b. December 9, 1969 in St. John's, Newfoundland

Sebastian Spence studied theatre in St. John's, Newfoundland, where he appeared in more than a dozen stage productions, before making his move to Vancouver, B.C. The Boys of St Vincent was acclaimed as one of the Top Ten Movies of 1994 by both Rolling Stone Magazine and USA Today. Spence plays the role of Rick Ryder on the series Sophie, and has a reocurring role as Lt. Noel 'Narcho' Allison on the series Battlestar Galactica.
