Tara Spencer-Nairn as Karen Pelly on the hit TV series, Corner Gas. Although she was born in Montréal, she grew up on the west coast where she spent 12 years as a competitive gymnast. She is a graduate of the prestigious Shawnigan Lake School, which she attended after her rebellious nature resulted in her being "asked to leave" another private school. She is a graduate of the Vancouver Film School, a resident of Vancouver and the youngest of three siblings.
