Ariel Waller is a young actress who plays the role of Marti in Life with Derek. In an interview with the Chicago Tribune, Ron Howard said this of Waller's work in Cinderella Man, which was shot in Toronto, "She thoroughly understands acting. You think and feel and the rest takes care of itself."
