JEFF WINCOTT

Jeff Wincott studied boxing from his father and became an amateur boxer and later trained in taekwondo, earning a black belt. He also competed in swimming and wrestling. Although he won an athletic scholarship to college, he chose to pursue his interest in acting. He appeared in stage productions, television programs, commercials, and feature films while studying acting at Toronto's Ryerson University and later at New York's Juilliard Drama School. He is usually remembered as police detective Frank Giambone from his CTV series, Night Heat.
