Kellie Ann Benz began her filmmaking career in 1994 when she optioned her first screenplay to Cambridge Films. Nominated for a Leo Award, she was a Crazy 8’s Finalist writer/director in 2010. Benz was given a Writers Guild of Canada Screenwriting Award for the 2008 short, Awkward.
