Marcel Lévesque (Gilbert Sicotte) is a car salesman who operates by the rules of a bygone era. Famous for his sweet talk he has lived to become an endangered species, the salesman who learned his craft by telling stories, or “fibs covered with flowers,” as he might say. He knows how to turn on the charm to make his quota and he has been the best seller of the month for over 16 years. But the increasing decline of his fading industrial town threatens to plummet this peddler of dreams into an unfriendly reality and the end of his career, yet he lives for his next sale..
