Ginger Snaps II - Unleashed picks up almost exactly where the first film ends. Brigitte is cradling her dying older sister, who had become a werewolf. With Ginger now dead, Brigitte Fitzgerald is on the run tring to get as far away from Bailey Downs as possible. Beginning to experience the transformation herself, she has managed to stave off becoming a werewolf by giving herself calculated doses of monkshood each day. But Brigitte passes out on the street, only to awake in a drug rehab for young women. The fun is about to start. Assuming her monkshood is a drug, the rehab center's supervisors have taken it away from her. As a result, Brigitte starts going through the changes that had happened to her sister. Full of young addicts and kooky staff, she is befriended by a peculiar girl named Ghost at the hospital. Eventually Ghost figures out her friend's secret and tries to help.
