The House (2011, short)

A married couple must decide if they are ready to see their house sold to just anyone. Having lived in the house their entire adult life they feel that only the right people should be permitted to buy their home and they are prepared to stay where they are until a suitable buyer is found. Based on a short story title The House On the Hill by Producer-Director-Screenwriter Jim Calarco, The House was a nominee for Best Cinematography at the 2011 Northern Ontario Music and Film Awards, and won a Silver Palm Award at the Mexican International film Festival in May of 2011.
