Alex Diakun

Born in Alberta, Alex Diakun attended school in Chilliwack, British Columbia but returned to his home province to study and graduate with a BFA from the University of Alberta. In addition to his film and television work, he is also a stage actor with more than 200 stage productions to his credit. He is probably best known for his role as Chick Savoy in 81 episodes of Da Vinci’s Inquest between 1998 and 2005, followed by a further 8 episodes portraying that character in Da Vinci’s City Hall between 2005 and 2006. His hometown of Rycroft is 504 kilometers northwest of Alberta’s capital city of Edmonton.
