Morgan Brayton lives in Vancouver where she has been a writer and producer for more than nine years and a performer for more than 18. A familiar face on Vancouver stages, as well as on television and in film, she spent six years as a performer, writer and producer with Vancouver’s all-female sketch comedy group 30 Helens attaining both critical acclaim and a loyal fan following. When the Helens disbanded in 2002, Morgan was chosen as the new Artistic Director of the Vancouver International Comedy Festival where she created Canada’s first and only festival of sketch comedy, SketchFest Vancouver, and went on to produce Vancouver’s comedy festival in 2003. |
