Alex Carter is equally at home in live theatre, television or film. An appearance in Sweet Bird of Youth at Toronto`s Royal Alexandra Theatre led to an invitation to perform at the prestigious Williamstown Theater in Massachusetts and roles in Tom Jones, Strange Snow, and The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui. His credits also include the off-Broadway production of Frozen Dogs. On TV he is best known for playing Detective Vartann on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
