Semi Chellas is a writer, producer, director and occasional actor. Born in Palo Alto, California, Chellas was raised in Calgary and is now based in Toronto. She was co-creator of the critically acclaimed prime-time Gemini Award winning series The Eleventh Hour and wrote half of the series. She appeared in Cramps, Joe’s So Mean to Josephine, and The Life Before This where she was also associate producer. Her 2019 feature American Woman was selected to have its Canadian Premiere at TIFF 2019. We list her credits as a Screenwriter first. |
