Alexander Biagio Conti and his two older brothers and an older sister used to put on shows at home for their parents, who decided to allow the children to try acting professionally. He began getting work in commercials and when he was seven made his film debut playing a little boy in Finding Forrester (2000), starring Sean Connery. In 2001, he lent his voice to the ABC Family animated series Braveface and by the time he was eight, was playing the recurring role of Timmy Liberti on Showtime Networks’ crime drama, Street Time, starring Rob Morrow.
