Alyson Court started acting when she was 10 years in a stage production of Annie. A year later she found herself on Mr. Dressup. Hooked on acting, Court trained as a singer, dancer, actor and storyteller. After a year at Toronto University, where she studied engineering, she decided that it just wasn’t for her. At 18 she began playing Loonette the Clown on Big Comfy Couch, a gig that lasted for 65 episodes. Court began her film and TV career playing Ruthie in Sesame Street Presents Follow That Bird and when she`s not in front of the camera she`s most often in a recording studio adding her voice to a video game, or animated TV show or film. Alyson Court was nominated for a Gemini Award in 2002 for Best Performance in a Pre-School Program or Series for Get Set For Life. She is the voice of Claire Redfield in a series of Resident Evil video games. |
