David Weaver, director,

David Weaver is a graduate of the University of Toronto and received the Norman Jewison Fellowship for Film Studies. He also graduated from Columbia University’s renowned Graduate Film Program. He wrote and directed several short films, including Moon Palace, which screened at nearly forty festivals and won over a dozen international awards, and was selected to screen at the Museum of Modern Art. He made his feature film directorial debut with Century Hotel, which premiered at the 2001 Toronto International Film Festival.
