Kevin Staal, (Cam Cronin) 37, has now gone some eight years without a date. His meddling mom (Gabrielle Rose) sees a future without grandchildren, not to add any pressure, mind you. Having not quite survived the end of one marriage, Kevin, who owns a golf course, just doesn’t know what to do when he meets Hayaam, (Laara Sadiq). Beautiful, funny and smart, she seems perfect. But Kevin has the other problem. To most men, and their mates, a major problem: a certain over-eagerness in the bedroom. If there was a pill for it some advertising guru would name the affliction P.E. That’s Premature Ejaculation, if you haven’t figured it out by now. Seems like Kevin’s hypersensitive appendage has led to a life of loneliness and broken relationships before, and after only one incident with Hayaam he’s almost ready to give up. But, surprise, surprise, Hayaam is willing to help work through his problem, no matter how many practice sessions may be required. Now if only they could solve the issue of his mother. Excited had its premiere at the 2009 Toronto International Film Festival
