Juliette Gosselin was born in Beaconsfield, which was a suburb of Montréal until 2001 when the new City of Montréal was created by amalgamation or merger of all existing municipalities on the Island of Montréal. She got her start in commercials then landed her first major role (of France Carignan) in the multi-million dollar feature film Nouvelle France opposite Gérard Depardieu and David Lahaye. She was nominated for a Genie Award for best performance by an actress in a supporting role for her work in that film. Trivia: She played the role of Martine on the series 19-2. |
