B: July 30, 1971 in Pembroke, Ontario

Tom Green started doing stand up comedy then developed and hosted The Midnight Caller, which was the most popular show on the University of Ottawa’s CHUO radio station. After graduation, he created a self-titled talk show on Ottawa’s Rogers Community Television, which became a hit after only four episodes. Three years later and the show moved to cable and The Comedy Network, where he soon gained a national following. The rest, as they say, is history.
