Charles Hall developed an interest in writing while working as a script supervisor at several of the top commercial production houses in Toronto. He has won a number of awards for both stage and screen, including a 3rd place finish at the first Sci-Fi Screenplay Competition at the Slamdance Film Festival for The Cassini Effect. His 2004 film, Messengers, should not be confused with the 2006 movie, The Messengers which was shot in Canada and featured a large cast of Northernstars. His 2010 screenplay, A Sliver of Light, won Yale University’s annual writing competition. |
