Yan Joseph’s first choice wasn’t acting. While attending Montreal’s Dawson College—he graduated with a major in Electro Tech/Social Science—he played basketball and later tried out for the Montreal Matrix in the American Basketball Association and Edmonton Energy in the International Basketball League. Unfortunately a lower back injury prematurely cut short his career in sports. Many of his friends, including actors Cameron Mathison, Andrew Walker and Adam MacDonald suggested his raw talent belonged on-screen. Yan Joseph is fluent in French and English. |
