Erin Karpluk won a Gemini Award in 2009 for Best Actress playing the lead role of Erica in the CBC series, Being Erica. She played Officer Juliette Ward in Season 6 of Rookie Blue. She will costar as Mrs. Hobbie in the 10-part contemporary tween drama series Holly Hobbie, which is based on the American Greetings character first introduced in 1967. The series makes its debut in the fall of 2018.
