Melanie Merkosky has been performing professionally as an actress, singer and dancer since the age of twelve in film, television and on stages around the world. She grew up singing and dancing on scholarship with the Young Canadians School of Performing Arts. She trained classically as a singer and dancer through the Royal Conservatory of Music and the Royal Academy of Dance. Merkowsky was nominated for Best Lead Actress in a drama at the second annual International Academy of Web Television (IAWTV) Awards for her work in the high profile American web series Continuum.
