Marc Messier in a publicity still from the film, Ma tante Aline. He has played the role of Marc Gagnon in every iteration of Lance et compte dating back to the original series in 2002. Gagnon is an all-star hockey player for the fictional NHL team the Quebec National, roughly based on the defunct Quebec Nordiques.
