April Mullen studied at the prestigious Ryerson Theatre School in Toronto where she received a B.F.A. with Honors. She moved to the United Kingdom to train at the Royal Welsh College of Drama. She was nominated for Best Actress by the Young Artist Awards for her work in the made-for-TV movie, Cavedweller. She co-founded Wango Films in 2005, producing and directing the company’s first two feature films, Rock, Paper, Scissors: The Way of the Tosser and GravyTrain. Both films were theatrically released in Canada. |
