Igor Ovadis trained as an actor and director in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. He moved to Montréal, Québec in 1990. When he isn’t acting on film, television or in the theatre, he`s directing. He has directed his own adaptation of Dostoevsky: Crime and Punishment at the Théâtre Denise-Pelletier, Le Songe de l’Oncle at the Conservatory and À propos de la neige fondante at Geordie Space. He has been a teacher at the Conservatoire d’Art Dramatique in Montréal since 1992. | |||
