Alvin Rakoff was born and raised in Canada and is a graduate of the University of Toronto. A highly successful film and television director, screenwriter, producer and novelist, he most recently wrote and directed Too Marvelous For Words, a stage musical based on the life and songs of composer Johnny Mercer which ran during the 2003-2004 schedule of King’s Head Theatre in London, England. |
