Robert Kaiser will often appear in drag as Joan-E. He was adopted and grew up in Galgary but now makes Vancouver his home. He was awarded the Queen’s Golden Jubilee medal for his volunteer and fundraising efforts in the gay community and particularly for people with HIV and AIDS.
