Michele Scarabelli began her career as a model. She then began appearing in some local productions including the one-woman drama Tape Recorder, as well as productions by the Montreal Actor`s Studio, and at the prestigious Centaur Theatre. Scarabelli, who spent the first three years of her childhood in Venezuela, where she acquired a basic fluency in Spanish, then left Montréal and settled in Toronto where she developed her comedic skills during a year-long stint with the Second City workshop. Her first dramatic work on television was in episodes of Seeing Things in 1979. She has also had roles in Dallas, Diamonds, War of the Worlds, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Highway to Heaven, Due South and many others. She is probably best known for her role as Susan Francisco in the Alien Nation series of made-for-TV movies. |
