Anne Shepherd is a Toronto-based actor, psychiatrist and mother. She was just a young girl when she fell in love with theatre watching Henry the Fifth at Stratford. She went on to study Shakespeare in high school in Montreal then continued her acting career while studying medicine at the University of Toronto. She started her film career beginning in commercials and claims a highlight when she was cast to play an aging hippie in Labatt Blue commercial. More recently she appeared in The Trojan Women at the Alumnae theatre then for a comic turn as a drunk pigeon in the Alice in Wonderland show Absolute Alice at the Toronto Fringe. |
