At the very moment the eternally adolescent, 42-year-old David Wosniak finally decides to make a huge effort to turn his life around he discovers that he is, thanks to modern medicine, the father of 533 children. Suddenly his life seems a lot more complicated than even he could have foreseen. Starbuck was given the Golden Reel Award for being the top grossing film at the Canadian box office in 2011. Co-writers Ken Scott and Martin Petit also won Genie Awards for Best Original Screenplay.

Starbuck was remade in Hollywood as Delivery Man in 2013 starring Vince Vaughn. Ken Scott wrote and directed this version as well.
