Steve Dhillon was nominated for a Leo Award as Best Actor for his work in the 2012 feature, Pehchaan 3D. Before becoming an actor, Dhillon was involved in martial arts, combat training, hockey and competitive soccer. A major injury sidelined him and while convalescing he began taking acting lesson. In 2013 he was named as one of the Top Five Punjabi Actors of the Year.
