Waneta Storms

Waneta Storms grew up in Hills, B.C., a small town near New Denver where she went to school. She studied acting at Simon Fraser University, and went on to graduate from Montreal`s prestigious National Theatre School before moving to Toronto. Waneta earned a 1998 Dora Award for her outstanding performance in a stage production of Coyote Ugly. She also received a Gemini nomination for Best Actress in a Guest Role for her performance in the TV series Blue Murder.
