Born in the United States, Andrew Tarbet moved to Canada and studied at the National Theatre School in Montréal, Québec. His first job out of school was as ring master in the Cirque du Soleil`s Saltimbanco. He moved to Toronto in 1993 to concentrate on work in film, television, and theatre.
